Our starting point is the development of a clear understanding of the role for which you are recruiting. This encompasses both the technical skills that are required for the post and the cultural fit for the working environment in which the individual will need to operate. When we are happy with our understanding of the role, we can then begin the task of candidate selection.

Our own extensive database will provide one source of potential candidates. This is refreshed regularly by our own marketing activity and by establishing prospective candidates for future opportunities. We will also consider how best to market the opportunity and will establish prospective candidates as a result of targeted marketing campaigns.

CVs will only be forwarded to you when we have verified a candidate's suitability for the role. This assessment consists of both technical screening and our judgement as to whether or not the candidate will fit within the proposed working environment. Our objective is to ensure that by the time a candidate's CV hits your desk, there is a high probability that you will consider that candidate worthy of interview.
