No recruitment experience is necessary although previous Sales experience ideally gained in a Telesales environment is a strong preference. Opportunities always exist at Trainee Recruitment Consultant level and within our Support Services (Sales Administration, Marketing etc).

All our existing Consultants and Team Leaders commenced work here as Trainee’s and have been developed from scratch to become high performing Skillquest Consultants.
