Contract recruitment provides flexible and timely resourcing solutions to ensure the successful implementation of projects lasting from a few weeks to many months or longer.

Before we attempt to fulfil any contract requirement, we ensure that we have a thorough understanding of the role and the organisation. This understanding extends beyond the technical aspects of the role into the working environment and cultural characteristics.

We maintain our own database of highly-skilled personnel who have undertaken multiple projects as skillquest contractors. These long-established relationships mean that we can propose staff in whom we have total confidence. We supplement this core of personnel by ongoing marketing campaigns to enhance our candidate database and to extend the diversity of skills that we can provide.

If a new candidate appears to have a match with a current requirement, we can undertake thorough screening to understand the level at which the candidate is capable of operating. When this process confirms the candidate's suitability for the role, we will establish that the candidate is also a good cultural fit for the client organisation. Only at this point will we propose the candidate for interview.
