The way we work at Skillquest is essentially simple. We see ourselves as a Staffing Company, people are our business and we maintain that as our focus by ensuring that the needs of our customers (both client and candidates) come first.

Managing the Process

At Skillquest we are experts in the management of the recruitment process, offering the end to end recruitment solution. From taking an initial requirement, identifying candidates (via database search, networking, advertisements) and moving from resume submission, interviews and reference checking through to a candidate commencing employment (and beyond) our process management is truly seamless. By encouraging and facilitating effective communication between all three parties, working with Skillquest ensures that when a client is looking to make an offer, it will be one that everyone concerned is happy with.
