My client is a Tier 1 Consulting firm with a plethora of exciting new projects in the pipeline. Because of this they are looking for a number (3 maybe more) Business Analyst's to join their team.

I am looking for proven Business Analyst's who have end to end BA skills and are comfortable working across the cycle from gathering requirements, holding workshops, writing functional specifications, who possesses strong organisational & commercial awareness in order to understand business processes etc. Strong business process management skills are highly desirable & a big part of this role will be to map out business processes so advanced business process mapping & modelling skills accompanied with a relevant BPMN methodology is highly desirable.

My client is a serious player in the Telco experience so it is highly likely that the successful applicants will have a solid & deep Telco (Telstra ideally) accompanied with decent eTOM skills. Candidates from a non-telco background are unlikely to get an interview.

I am looking for candidates who have good OSS experience and experience with Order to Activate OSS (O2A). Experience with Telstra from a commercial and organisational awareness perspective is key.  Any experience with Telstra Business and TE&G (Telstra Enterprise and Government) business unit experience would be highly desirable for these roles.

Candidates must possess first class communication skills and have advanced stakeholder management skills, be creative, solutions driven and able to create work arounds to business problems.

These positions are working for an external client so previous client facing experience is a strong preference, as is the ability to perform under pressure on a high profile project. If you have OSS and Telstra experience and ideally understand the Telstra Business and TE&G (Telstra Enterprise and Government) business unit's and how they work then you would be at a huge advantage for these roles. Order to Activate Experience is highly desirable.

Candidates must have the ability to perform granular aspects of the BA cycle but also be able to demonstrate a wider knowledge of trends and innovation within both the Telco and Technology arena & build credibility and have gravitas with a demanding client.

This is a delivery focused role & would best suit career Telco BA's who have a track record of working on contracts and hitting the ground running.
